Order Your Prescription

Request your repeat prescription directly through your GP surgery or via the official NHS App

GP Approval & Sign Off

Your doctor reviews and signs off your prescription request to ensure your medication continues safely and accurately before sending it to us electronically

We Prepare Your Prescription

Once received electronically, our experienced dispensary team carefully prepares, safety-checks, and packs your order

Notification & Collection

We will send you an SMS text message as soon as your medicines are ready. Pop into North Yate Pharmacy at your convenience for quick in-store collection.

Once approved by your doctor, your prescription is sent directly to North Yate Pharmacy via the electronic system. We will prepare your medication and notify you by SMS when it’s ready for collection in-store!
